Omaha Zoo

We took our first family vacation last week! We drove up to Omaha Thursday 8/13 afternoon and just relaxed, went to some shops, cabela's and just swam and stuff at the hotel that night and then friday we got up and went to the zoo all day and drove back that afternoon. Our hotel was past the zoo a little but was right between a mall and cabela's so it was pretty nice and on the way out we stopped by the bass pro shop. It was so nice to get away and just spend some time alone with Parker one last time before baby brother gets here!

Worlds of Fun

On 8/7 Gary and I took Parker to Worlds of Fun with Gary's family. Parker did awesome aside from the lack of nap so he was kind of zombified the first part of the day. He rode every ride they would let him on, big and little kid ones! Gary got to ride some rides in Camp Snoopy and the Wacky Worm kids coaster which i'm sure he was stoked about!! haha..

Baby Showers for Paxton!

On July 19, Hayley Wood and Maria Rodriguez had a baby shower at Bandana's Barbecue which went very well, lots of people, fun games, and great presents! On July 26, the following weekend, Lindsay and Steph had one in Union Star which again, much appreciated, and great stuff!!
